How do I subscribe to a creator?
Visit their profile, choose a subscription tier, and complete the checkout. Your subscription starts immediately.
Can I subscribe to multiple creators?
Yes! Subscribe to as many creators as you like. Each subscription is billed separately.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can resume anytime if you change your mind.
How do tier upgrades work?
When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the higher tier. You'll be charged the prorated difference.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of a new subscription.
